Solicitation: DJD-14-R-0022 for Information Technology, Engineering and Operations Support Services will be issued on or about 09/15/2014 at the Government Point of Entry: GSA E-Buy to all Alliant Small(ASB) Government Acquisition Contract holders.
No additional information will be updated at www.fbo.gov. All future correspondence regarding this procurement will only be available on GSA E-Buy to Alliant Small (ASB) Contract holders.
The prime contractors are allowed to propose as a single corporate entity or through a contractor teaming arrangement (CTA). When a small business and a large business team to bid on a contract set aside for one of the small business set aside categories the small business prime is required to perform 51% of the work leaving 49% for the large business.
