The County's Information and Technology Services Department, intends to recommend the award of a sole source purchase order for delivery of services to assess, evaluate and make recommendations on the County's processes of receiving and processing customer service contact from our citizen via all communication modes available is critical for the future implementation of a single consolidated 3-1-1 Call Center (physical or virtual). The assessment and evaluation process is expected to be completed within sixty (60) days from the effective date of the purchase order.
