The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Fort Jackson has a requirement to procure Information Technology Support Services for the US Army Chaplain Center and School (USACHCS), Fort Jackson, SC.

The intent of this requirement is to acquire the necessary resources to efficiently manage all Information Technology Support for USACHCS.  This directorate is located on Fort Jackson.  The contractor shall be responsible for all standards specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).


The PWS will be included in the solicitation.  This is a Firm-Fixed Priced (FFP) acquisition.  The Government anticipates issuing the Request for Proposal (RFP) not later than 30 August 2019 under solicitation number W9124C-19-R-0010.  The requirement will be solicited as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services.  This requirement falls under the


Integrated Hardware/Software/Services Solutions, Predominantly Services.  The Product Service Code (PSC) is D318, Integrated Hardware/Software/Services Solutions, and Predominantly Services. The Small Business Size Standard is $27.5 Million.  Our office will post the solicitation to FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov/.


The offeror is responsible for reviewing FedBizOpps at https://www.fbo.gov/ for notice of amendments, updates, and/or changes to the solicitation.  All potential sources must obtain a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and register in the System for Award Management (SAMS) in order to conduct business with the government.  Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in SAMS may delay the award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who has met all of the requirements to conduct business with the Government at time of award.
