The client is seeking IT consultation services. Ideally, the university wishes for the services to include both strategic (3-5 year horizon) and tactical (near-term) approaches. However, we are considering choosing either strategic or tactical consulting as a single approach. Therefore, firms are to submit proposals showing the benefits of bundling both approaches as well as separating them independently from one another.
