This Sources Sought/RFI is released pursuant to FAR Part 15.201(e), Exchanges with Industry. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) - Mechanicsburg, Code 215 and the Commander, Naval Meteorology and Oceanography Center (COMNAVMETOCCOM), Stennis, MS are issuing this combination Sources Sought Notice /Request for Information-Vendor Technical Question Period, for Information
Technology (IT) analysis, development, implementation and support services.
The combined objective of this Sources Sought/RFI notice is to gain information from industry reference the
technical requirements of the PWS and to facilitate the NAVSUP Contracting Officerbs review of the market
base required for acquisition planning/size determination.

This Sources Sought/RFI is for planning purposes, and does not constitute a commitment, implied or
otherwise, that a procurement action will follow. NAVSUP FLC and COMNAVMETOCCOM will use the information submitted in response to this notice at its discretion and will not provide comments to any submission; however, NAVSUP FLC and COMNAVMETOCCOM reserve the right to contact any respondent to this notice for the sole purpose of enhancing NAVSUP FLC and COMNAVMETOCCOMbs understanding of the notice submission.
The content of any responses to this notice may be reflected in any subsequent solicitation, except for
content marked or designated as business confidential or proprietary will be fully protected from release
outside the government.
