Information Technology & Electronic Security Systems Renovation in Stuttgart Germany
This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Information Technology (IT) and Electronic Security System (ESS) installation services. This renovation is for AFRICOM Building 3317, located at Kelley Barracks in Stuttgart, Germany.
Due to the overseas nature of this requirement, this will not be set-aside. This requirement will be competed full and open through FBO.gov. Award is anticipated by mid-September 2019.
The objective of this project is to upgrade Building 3317 through reutilization of existing Automated Information System (AIS), Audio/Visual (AV) System and ESS to the greatest extent possible while accomplishing full renovation of these systems.
Contractors will need to have the right to work in Germany for the duration of this contract. Contractors must also provide personnel with a SECRET and TOP SECRET clearance. The Government will not be sponsoring clearances, work visas, SOFA status, or TESA.
The period of performance for this requirement is 12 months after date of contract award.
