Information Systems Consulting Services
The Finance and Administrative Services Department wishes to engage the services of a qualified consultant with knowledge and expertise in areas of Information Systems (IS), the hardware and software (infrastructure and applications) as well as the horizontal and vertical structure of IS organizations. The goal of the engagement is to make recommendations to enhance the cost efficiency, personnel productivity and management effectiveness of IT at Metro and to prepare the organization as it moves into the future.
