Information System Needs Assessment
The University System needs to replace its administrative/student mainframe system. The System desires to contract with an independent consulting firm to conduct a needs assessment to ensure data are gathered from every facet of the System, to develop a request for proposal to be submitted to vendors and to evaluate the RFP submissions.
