The State is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) on behalf of the Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) Governing Board to meet the following objectives;
• To design and implement a comprehensive, state-wide criminal justice information sharing solution.
• To facilitate immediate, seamless information sharing between Connecticut justice agencies.
• To improve public safety in Connecticut.
• To improve the efficiency of justice agencies as they carry out their business processes.
