The Department of Airports (also known as Los Angeles World Airports or LAWA), Information Management and Technology Group (IMT) has an immediate need for temporary third-party services to answer Helpdesk telephone calls, resolve routine computer, telephone, or other technology related problems, and open work orders as part of the support services desk at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
