Information Management Solutions
The Public School Retirement System of the School District of Kansas City, Missouri (KCPSRS) current computer system that is used to store and process information concerning its members and generate their monthly pension checks is no longer supported by its developer, the Retirement Concepts Group ("RCG") and needs to be replaced as soon as possible. KCPSRS is seeking a solution to the challenge of managing member information and will consider any proposal that follows the requirements of this Request for Proposal ("RFP") and provides an affordable solution to this important aspect of KCPSRS' operations. KCPSRS will consider solutions that are hosted by the vendor and essentially outsource the entire information management function, solutions that include hardware and software owned by KCPSRS and operated by KCPSRS' employees, or any permutation or combination of those alternatives. KCPSRS expects that the successful Bidder will be a firm that has recent success in helping a public pension plan solve its member information management needs.
