Pre-Solicitation Notice Only. This is for informational purposes. No Solicitation is currently provided. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to provide Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) support services in support of health care delivery and administration for Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). Work for this contract will require a SECRET security clearance at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.


General Information: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to perform IM/IT support services. Procurement will be solicited competitively as an 8(a) set-aside and shall be limited to only eligible 8(a) business firms. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract award. The anticipated period of performance provides for a Phase in period from 1-30 September 2016, basic contract effort of 12 months (1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017), three (3) one year option periods (1 October 2017 - 30 September 2020), and fourth option period of 11 months (1 October 2020 - 31 August 2021). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services, the small business size standard is $27.5M.

Notification of any changes (amendments) to the Pre-Solicitation will be only be issued at https://www.fbo.gov. It is the prospective bidder's responsibility to check the website daily for any updates, amendments or any additional information. The Government will not be held responsible for any information a prospective bidder does not receive once the information is issued on the Internet.


Release Date: The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is no sooner than 15 days after the publication of this notice. Upon release to the public, the solicitation as well as any amendments will be available at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at: https://www.fbo.gov.


The solicitation will specify the actual date and time for receipt of bids.
