Association of Central Oklahoma Governments 9-1-1 ACOG has issued this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purpose of obtaining proposals from qualified firms to provide an IP (Internet Protocol) based centralized server with integrated IP telephony E9-1-1 solution. The solution must include hardware and software to assist regional multi-jurisdictional emergency call-takers and dispatchers in receiving and responding to emergency calls or other forms of emergency information delivery. Solution must also include a proven comprehensive MIS (Management Information System) package.
