InfoPrint Manager (software) Maintenance
Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), has a requirement for software maintenance (continuing) on InfoPrint Manager, which is used on InfoPrint printers located throughout the agency nationwide. These licenses were originally from IBM/InfoPrint, and are now held/managed by InfoPrint Solutions. Note that this requirement is for maintenance on existing licenses, not for new licenses. Also note that this maintenance is NOT for the printers themselves. Prospective offerors are required to hold all the applicable certifications/authorizations from InfoPrint, to act as a distributor for the subject software maintenance. This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. Anticipated period of performance will be 5 years, one year base + 4, one-year option periods. The requirement is set-aside (100%) for small businesses.
