This posting serves as a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 34300019Q0010. The USITC has a requirement for the procurement of a web-based subscription to access industry reports which will support the Commission's work with statutory investigations, technical assistance, and research activities.

This is a full and open competition. Any vendor who is capable of meeting this requirement may submit a quotation. The associated North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 519130 - Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals.

The USITC will award one Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order as a result of this solicitation. The anticipated period of performance is a One Year Base Year and two, one year options for a total performance period of 36 months, if all options are exercised.
In order to be considered for award, the offeror must be registered, and current (with certain exceptions), in the System for Award Management database (www.sam.gov) prior to award. Reference FAR 4.11.
