Industry Day for Electronic Security Systems and IT Renovations in Stuttgart, Germany
This is a sources sought for vendors capable of providing Electronic Security Systems (ESS) and Information Technology (IT) Renovations.
409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) Regional Contracting Office Stuttgart (RCO-S) has several new requirements related to ESS and IT renovations that are intended for award in FY19 (no later than 30 Sep 2019). RCO-S will be holding an Industry Day in order to allow interested vendors the opportunity to talk through these upcoming requirements, ask questions, and discuss vendor capability. The intent of this Industry Day is to maximize competition and provide fair opportunity to all vendors capable of providing these services.
Following the Industry Day, RCO-S plans to post solicitations for these requirements on FBO.gov sometime in mid-July 2019. It is important to note that ESS and IT renovations are procured every fiscal year in the Stuttgart area, among other locations throughout Germany. The Government is contemplating an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for these services in future fiscal years.
