This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  Solicitation W912PQ19T6002 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).  Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05.  This acquisition is being solicited as a total small business set-aside.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910, Environmental Remediation Services, with a small business size standard of 750 employees.  Only one (1) award will be made as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The 105th Airlift Wing is seeking the following:
 

A complete turn-key solution for an industrial wastewater filtration system to meet all requirements outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor would be responsible for providing a short-term rental filtration system that is capable of removing all PFOA/PFOS from the industrial waste lagoons to a non-detectable level.  Interested offerors are advised to price their quotes in accordance with Item No's 0001 - 0004 in the attached SF 1449 Solicitation W912PQ19T6002.


The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price that meets or exceeds the requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements.  All offerors shall include product literature with their quote that demonstrates the product's capabilities to ensure an effective evaluation can be made.  Quotes are due no later than 2:00 PM EST, 16 September 2019.  If there are any questions regarding this requirement, please contact Mr. Joseph Kugler by email: joseph.j.kugler.mil@mail.mil. ; All questions must be submitted no later than 09 August 2019 in order to ensure timely responses.  All interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before an award can be made.  To register with SAM, log onto https://www.sam.gov.
