The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the US Arm Armament Research, Development, and Engineering Center (ARDEC) is conducting a Market Survey seeking to identify potential sources with the capability to dispose of 36,000 gallons of industrial waste water per year from existing industrial waste water collection point at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806. Potential sources must have the capability to pump out, transport, and properly dispose of industrial waste water from a 40,000 gallon in ground concrete holding tank. Interested sources shall be able to remove existing 35,000 gallons of industrial waste water, clean the tank and package up sludge in container for on-site disposal, conduct non-destructive integrity testing of the 40,000 gallon concrete holding tank, and remove and reapply the protective seal coating on the 40,000 gallon holding tank. Potential sources must have the capability to provide all labor, manpower, and equipment necessary to perform the identified requirements. Capable sources must have knowledge of Army regulations on being in explosive contaminated areas.
The applicable NAICS codes for this effort is 562219 and the small business size standard is $38.5M. Responses should include the company's name, address, telephone number, company Point of Contact, company Cage Code, and business size standard.
