Industrial Park Concept Development Plan
The Town is seeking an engineering/design consultant to revise, develop, and bring the
conceptual subdivision plan (the Plan) for the Industrial Park (the Park) through the Final Approval
Stage and recording of Plan, as required under the Town's Land Development and Subdivision Regulations. The Park is a Town-owned property, comprising of approximately 177 acres of land directly abutting Interstate Route 24, currently located in an Industrial (I) Zoned District.
