The City's Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) invites qualified
consultant teams with experience in developing a branding and marketing plan for
an industrial park to submit a written response to this Request for
Qualifications/Proposal (RFQ/P). This request may result in contracting with an
experienced firm for the exciting opportunity to work with LRA staff and the
community in developing a branding plan for an industrial park and a marketing
plan for leasing the existing buildings and attracting new development for unused
or underutilized portions of the redevelopment project.
