The National Science Foundation (NSF) needs to organize and deploy 2-person teams for training and evaluation of the Industrial Liaison Officers at the Generation 2 (Gen-2) and Generation 3 (Gen-3) ERC sites.  The contractor shall conduct training sessions at the designated ERCs while also gathering information on the ERC structure as defined by the ERC's bylaws, membership agreements, intellectual property agreements, and inter-institutional agreement in order to assess health of the ERC's industry collaboration and innovation ecosystem.  The period of performance for this contract is 24 months.
