Industrial Land Needs Analysis
The objective of this RFQ is to develop an industrial land needs analysis that will help connect long-range land use, transportation, and resource planning efforts to economic development efforts by analyzing whether or not the region’s current supply of industrial land and buildings will meet projected demand.
