The building modifications will include the replacement/installation of the building systems. These modifications are detailed and documented in entirety on the construction document set. Architectural modifications to allow for these mechanical building upgrades will be required to various areas. Potential respondents should review and understand the entire scope of these requirements prior to bidding.
