This project is for the installation of an individual sewer lift station for a 3-bedroom private home of a member of the Puyallup Tribe in Tacoma, WA. The site is located at 3573 E N Street, Tacoma, WA. The Period of Performance is 30 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
The Project Engineer MUST be notified 24 hours prior to conducting a site visit at the location.
This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $36.5M.
The magnitude of construction is under $25,000.00.
