Indirect Cost Allocation Plan
The Board of Frederick County Commissioners invites proposals from qualified bidders for providing an Indirect Cost Allocation Plan. Please refer to RFP #08-05 when inquiring. Separately sealed Technical and Cost envelopes will be received by the Purchasing Department no later than 4:00PM local time on OCTOBER 11, 2007, in the second floor Purchasing Conference Room, located at 12 East Church Street Frederick, Maryland 21701.
