The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 10 is seeking to acquire toxicology testing services for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. In general, the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center requires a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision to provide toxicology testing services for the Richard L Roudebush VA Medical Center located at 1481 West 10th Street, Indianapolis, IN. The Government anticipates awarding a single, firm-fixed price contract. The Government further anticipates competing this requirement as full & open after exclusion of sources, set aside for Small Businesses.
A formal Request for Quotes (RFQ) 36C2518Q9299 is to follow. The Government anticipates release of the RFQ to be June 19, 2018 with a due date of June 22, 2018. These dates are subject to change.
