PREBID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD ON JULY 18th, 2008 AT THE TERO OFFICE BUILDING FORT BELKNAP, MT. 11:00 AM MST
Flintco, Inc., Construction Manager for the IHS Staff Quarters is requesting Bids from parties interested in furnishing general contracting services for construction of 21 homes in the Hays and Fort Belknap area and Civil Contracting Services. Drawings and Specifications will be available at Mesa Reprographics, Albuquerque NM, 87110. (505) 262-2046. A $150.00 refundable deposit is required for documents sets. Upon returning such sets, in good condition, and within 7 days of bid opening the deposit will be refunded. Documents are also available for viewing at selected plan rooms and Isqr (Call for nearest location).
Bids are to be submitted on the appropriate bid forms in a sealed envelope addressed to Flintco and identifying the project. Bids faxed to (505) 212-0499 or (406) 794-0360 will be accepted until 1:00 PM MST, August 12, 2008. Bids received after the designated time will not be accepted. Bids may be mailed to PO box 1268 Harlem MT. 59526 but must be received prior to close of bid time and date. Successful qualified Bidders will be required to provide a 100% Payment & Performance Bond along with proper insurance.
This is an Indian Preference Job complying with the Tribal employment rights ordinance of the Fort Belknap Reservation and will strictly be adhered to.
