SOLE SOURCE NOTIFICATION:
The Government Publishing Office (GPO) in Washington DC will be awarding a Sole Source Contract for a firm fixed price Contract for Index, White 26 x 33" - 199 lb - 90 Sub Grain long 10,000 Sheets per Skid to Veritiv Operating Company.
This is not a request for competitive quotes, but serves as a procurement notice to fulfill public posting requirements in accordance with MMAR 5.101(a)(2). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract award will be made on the basis of proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice; however any firm that believes they have capabilities to provide this service item may give written notification to the GPO Acquisition Services. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
