Independent operational and fiduciary review

The State's Legislative Council Service is requesting proposals for an independent
operational and fiduciary review of the State's investment agencies, including the State
Investment Council (SIC), the Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) and the
Educational Retirement Board (ERB). Other statewide investment agencies may be included in
the review if alternative investments have been made and if sufficient time and funding permit.
