The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals and award a contract for Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services for the Program. The State’s current approach is to divide the Program into six (6) integration projects. It is the State’s intent to have one project active at a time; however it is possible that two projects overlap.
