The San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG) is soliciting Request for Proposals from qualified firms with recognized international expertise in planning, design, and operation of bus rapid transit/exclusive transit way facilities and rail systems. Firms should also be able to evaluate regional transit projects in light of global "best practices" and possible alternatives that will provide an independent transit review of the Regional Transportation Plan.
