Independent Review and Evaluation of Retirement System
The State is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms interested in performing a review of the process by which death benefits are administered under its defined benefit plans, by which disability benefits are administered under the Disability Income Plan, and by which disability retirement benefits are administered under the Local Governmental Employees’ Retirement System (LGERS) and the Teachers’ and State Employees’ Retirement System (TSERS).
