Independent Program Evaluation & External Quality Review Services
The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the States need for
independent program evaluation and external quality review services. It is the intent of
the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) to contract with a vendor
that provides high quality health care program quality and performance review services
of the Hoosier Healthwise and Healthy Indiana Plan health care programs.
