The purpose of this contract is to obtain the services of an independent Certified Public Accounting firm to perform a financial and compliance audit, for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2011, 2012, & 2013, of the Tribe in accordance with OMB Circular A-133, the Single Audit Act of 1984, as revised, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Governmental Accounting Standards Board, and applicable Federal, State, or Tribal laws and regulations. Proximity to Sacramento, CA is required.
