The City of San Antonio, Finance Department ("City") is seeking proposals for qualified Respondents interested in providing the services as described in this RFP. The selected Respondent(s) will provide the Finance Department with Independent Audit Services.
A Pre-Submittal Conference will be held in the Finance Department - Purchasing Division, 11th Floor Large Conference Room located at 111 Soledad, San Antonio, Texas 78205 at 1:00 p.m., Central Time, on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. Respondents that are not able to attend in person may participate by Conference Call. Respondents may call the toll-free number listed and enter access code to participate the day of the conference. Proposals are due on Monday, February 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Central time. Proposals may be mailed to the City of San Antonio-Office of the City Clerk, P.O. Box 839966, San Antonio, Texas 78283-3966 or physically dropped off to the 1st Floor of City Hall located at 100 Military Plaza, San Antonio, Texas 78205. Please be sure your package is sealed and clearly marked with : "Attention: Finance-RFP for Independent Audit Services".
