Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC), Bahrain.
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Europe Africa Southwest Asia (NAVFAC EURAFSWA) plans to issue a two phase Best Value Solicitation that will result in approximately five (5) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC) for construction (design-bid-build and design-build) of the multiple Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance (SRM), Special Projects and Energy construction projects for FY 2020 through 2025 located throughout Bahrain and United Arab Emirates (UAE). Construction projects to be performed will primarily consist of general building type projects (new construction, renovations, alterations, demolition, repair work, and any necessary design) including: waterfront, pier, quay, industrial, airfield, aircraft hangar, infrastructure, administrative, training, retail, food service, dormitory, community support facilities and both vertical and horizontal construction for Department of Defense activities in the Bahrain and UAE areas managed by NAVFAC-EURAFSWA.
Work may be required in other areas if deemed necessary and approved by the NAVFAC-EURAFSWA Chief of Contracts.
