Indefinite Quantity-Indefinite Delivery for Architectural/Engineering Services
The University System is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of a firm (“Consultant”), to provide Architectural/Engineering (A/E) services for planning, design renovation and construction of facilities for the University on a hourly fee basis as needed by the Owner. Such services are expected to be required but are not limited to pre-project planning, estimating, programming, design, bid and construction phases of the project delivery process or any other service that is beneficial in the delivery of facilities. The Consultant will render these services to the Component as needed, with no minimum or maximum amount of services specified. In particular, the Consultant must be prepared to assign at least one person with significant project planning and management experience to be available as thr point of contact for all oversight efforts of the Lamar University A contract with the selected firm will be issued as an indefinite quantity contract with a 2-year initial term and an option for the Owner to extend the contract for one additional year. The total value of the Contract will not exceed $150,000 per contract year.
