Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Habitat Restoration and Habitat Monitoring at the Former Fort Ord, Monterey, California
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The requirements are to restore the natural plant habitat, following soil remediation activities, to goals and objectives identified in the Fort Ord Habitat Restoration Plan for Site 39 Inland Ranges, Former Fort Ord, California, and to conduct habitat monitoring on Army-owned property following Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) remediation activities as specified in the Protocol for Conducting Vegetation Monitoring in Compliance with the Installation-Wide Mulitspecies Habitat Management Plan at Former Fort Ord, and Wetland Monitoring and Restoration Plan for Munitions and Contaminated Soil Remedial Activities at Former Fort Ord.
