Based on market research, these items are commercial and the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 for this solicitation. The scope of this acquisition is for a firm-fixed price, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.5 - Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items; Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for the procurement of the two (2) National Stock Numbers (NSNs) listed below. The Government is pursuing an indefinite delivery contract, for the duration of a three-year (3-year) base contract period and two (2) separately priced one-year (1-year) option periods not exceed five (5) years or $250,000.00. This requirement is for DLA stock support the continental United States (CONUS). At the time of solicitation all two (2) NSNs being procured are managed by one (1) Inventory Control Point (ICP - DLA Land and Maritime.

The subject items are restricted to the sources listed above. Offers must include the approved part number and source for consideration. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance (I/A) will be at Destination. The proposed solicitation will include Bilateral Indefinite Delivery Contract-SAT solicitation procedures. The required delivery for all items is 90 Days ADO. This will be solicited as an unrestricted acquisition. The solicitation will be available on the Internet on or about the date of the issuance of this posting at:

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. While pricing may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance. The proposed contract is an unrestricted acquisition. All offers shall be in the English language and in U.S. Dollars. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
