The Housing Authority of the City of Lakeland, Florida (LHA) desires to contract with a number of firms to provide a variety of engineering and engineering-related services at new construction projects or renovation projects at LHA or LHA affiliate owned/operated properties such as, but not limited to:
Review of site plans and blue prints for proposed sites.
Review proposed usage for redevelopment/site development proposals.
Review of cost estimates for new construction/rehabilitation of LHA or LHA affiliate owned, managed, and/or acquired properties.
Provide inspection services for possible property acquisition.
Identify and recommend high performance components to achieve a higher standard of sustainable design with the end user quality of life being a key indicator.
