Incorporation of Express Toll Lanes Into Baltimore Region Travel Demand Model
The Baltimore Metropoligan Council requests assistance with incorporating express toll lanes into its travel demand modeling process. The consultant is to:
1) study the operations of existing mixed-tolled facilities,
2) review Maryland's proposed tolled facilities, and
3) incorporate express tolling into BMC's Travel Demand Model.
