Incident Command Post Training and Exercise Contractor
This RFP has been developed to assist the County in the identification of contract services to provide support for the County’s Law Enforcement Exercise and Training program. A contractor is needed to develop, design, arrange, coordinate and document an Incident Command
Post training program involving a series of courses for law enforcement supervisors, officers and emergency coordinators in San Mateo County. The effectiveness of the training will be measured via a series of full scale exercises focusing on the organizational structure of field command posts.
A draft protocol and field operations guide will be developed as part of the contract.
