In-car digital video system
The desired contract is one in which the vendor delivers, installs, implements and passes acceptance test on equipment and software, training and documentation. The City does not favor a vendor business model that includes recurring and perpetual transmittal, batching or per payment fees. At this time the City of Pearland is interested in 77 units and the number is expected to grow in the future as our department size increases and units are replaced. Included in the proposal should be a wireless solution providing the latest technology in data transfer. A upgradable solution is preferred.
