In-Home Supportive Services
The purpose of this RFP is to obtain In-Home Supportive Services, which is an alternative to out-of home care. IHSS provides personal care and home supportive assistance to those eligible aged, blind and disabled individuals who are unable to remain safely in their own homes without this assistance.
