InTERS Software Development, Maintenance, and Support Service
The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor that can satisfy the State’s need for software
development, maintenance and support services. It is the intent of DWD to contract with
a vendor that provides quality software development, maintenance and support services
for the DWD Career and Technical Education Division. The goal of this project is to continue work on, and work in support of, the DWD Federal
Reporting System (InTERS). The vendor will be responsible for ongoing new software
development, implementation and training, and maintenance of the existing software
systems and associated hardware systems.
