This Request for Information is in support of market research being conducted by PMS 312 - In-service Aircraft Carriers. The purpose of this Sources Sought is to solicit input via capability and experience statements from interested parties with the capabilities necessary to provide non-nuclear fire watch support during the CVN 73 and 74 Refueling Complex Overhaul (RCOH) availabilities.  Under this effort, the contractor will provide fire watch personnel to augment the ship's force fire watch division for hotwork accomplished by the shipbuilder.  A manning profile will be defined at a later time and will be influenced by the input received under this Sources Sought. In addition to using the resulting information from this Sources Sought for determining potential sources for information and planning purposes, the Sources Sought will also be used to assist the Government in determining contact structure and method of procurement.
