This project consists of all work for Tenant Improvements of the 8th floor of the Pima County Administration Building located at 130 W. Congress St., Tucson, AZ 85701 including interior construction and finishes, specialties and equipment, plumbing, HVAC and electrical as called out in the plans and specifications prepared by GLHN Architects and Engineers, Inc. dated February 7, 2008. Demolition of the existing construction for the 8th floor has been accomplished under another contract (by others) including asbestos abatement and new spray-on fireproofing to existing structure.
