Improvement of Facilities, Pavana, Honduras
This is Solicitation Notice of the US Government's intent to issue a solicitation for improve the existing facilities of the Border Police of Pavana which consist in: construction of two shelters for the inspection of vehicles, and remodel one existing building to host 96 policemen, located at kilometer 115 highway CA-3 (road from Tegucigalpa to Choluteca Latitude 13.4228 /Longitude -87.3336) Pavana, Choluteca department, Honduras.
The order of magnitude for this requirement is between $250,000 and $500,000.
The estimated period of performance is 210 calendar days.
This acquisition will be issued under full and open procedures.
To improve the existing facilities according to the project requirements the Contractor shall perform:
1. Preliminary work such as reinforcing structural designs
2. Construction of buildings for inspection of trucks, vehicles, barracks
3. Construction of Hydraulic and sanitary systems
4. Construction of Potable water system
5. Construction of Sewer system
6. Construction of Electric system
7. Construction of Special systems such as fire protection system, air conditioning and ventilation system
**IMPOETANT SCHEDULES**
1. Site Visit request is due May 24, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT
2. Pre-proposal Conference will be held on May 28, 2018 at 03:00 PM CST
3. Site Visit will be held on May 29, 2018 at 10:00 AM CST
4. Questions regarding Solicitations are due June 06, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT
5. Proposals are due July 13, 2018 at 12:00 PM EDT.
