Request for Information for Improved Forward Looking Infrared (I-FLIR) Sensor Dewer Cooler Bench (DCB); Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for Comments

The purpose of this request is to provide an opportunity for industry to review, comment and suggest areas for clarification on the attached 'DRAFT' 3rd GEN IFLIR DCB Statement of Work (SOW). All comments shall be provided not later than (NLT) 21 November, 2014.
The Government considers this draft SOW to be a major element for successful execution of the future requirement. While the Government is not constraining interested parties on which aspects of the Draft SOW that they may provide comments on, the Government is requesting that interested parties pay particular attention to the following:
Contract Deliverables
CDRLs
Number of Test Units and delivery dates
Technical reviews
Testing Requirements
Software Image Enhancement Requirements
