Implementation of E-procurement/ E-sale Solution
The broad scope of work shall cover development/ customization of e-procurement
Solution (EPS) software as per BVFCLs requirement, providing hardware and software
support for web hosting of the above e-procurement solution for complete tender cycle
including reverse / forward auctioning and training wherever required etc. For this purpose
tenderer should preferably have his own portal, which should provide services from
complete Tendering cycle to conducting Reverse / Forward Auctioning as per BVFCLs
requirements explained below.
The tenderer shall provide web based EPS solution on his portal for Electronic Tendering
cum online Reverse/Forward Auctioning system covering complete maintenance / service
and technical support.
Tenderer will provide dedicated hardware requirement at site as per assessed requirement.
Tenderer will also provide complete Hardware / Software support for web hosting for the
above stated EPS. The software should be capable of handling limited tenders / open
tenders and Reverse/Forward auctioning as per below mentioned process/ activities:
